The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to grant the arrears of pay along with interest in compliance of various judgments passed by this Court as well as by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and as specific finding have been given by this Court vide judgment dated 30.09.2015 (P-4) passed in case of similar employees, who have also been joined in the years 2013 and as the petitioners have already submitted their claim vide written application dated 20.08.2024 and reminder dated 24.03.2026 (P-7 and P-8). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. 3. Prayer is accepted
