This petition under Section 528 of the ‘Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023’, hereinafter being referred to as “BNSS” has been filed for quashing of order dated 17.05.2025, hereinafter being referred to as impugned order, passed by learned Special Judge (Designated under Companies Act, 2013), Gurugram, hereinafter being referred to as ‘trial Court’ only.
