(ORAL) On 10.11.2025, the following order was passed: - “Sole respondent could not be served due to incomplete details. Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to provide complete/latest address of the respondent within 15 days positively. Then notice to the respondent be issued for 10.02.2026. The appellants will be at liberty to take dasti summons.” 2. As per the report of the Registry, the aforesaid order dated 10.11.2025 has not been complied with. 3.
