It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No. 96 dated 20.08.2025, for the commission of offence punishable under Section(s) 191(3), 190, 115, 117(2), 140(3), 333, 110, 351(3), 109 and 61(2) of ‘the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023’ and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, Police Station City Kanina, District Mahendergarh, Haryana. 2.
