Several grounds have been raised by the petitioner, but it is also submitted that representation dated 23.04.2026 submitted by the petitioner vide Annexure P-1 has not yet been decided. 3. This Court is of the considered view that it would be appropriate that the said representation is considered and decided by the concerned authority, i.e. respondent No.9, by passing a speaking order within a period of
