This is a petition under Section 528 of BNSS (Section 482 Cr.P.C.) for quashing of FIR No.169 dated 10.08.2023 ANNEXURE P-1 under Sections 452, 506, 34 IPC [now sections 333, 351(2), 3(5) BNS] registered at P.S. Talwandi Sabo, District Bathinda alongwith all its incidental & consequential proceedings, if any, on the basis of Panchayati Compromise dated 23.12.2025 (Annexure P-2). 2. During the pendency of the dispute, the parties have compromised the matter and filed the present petition for quashing of FIR. 3. Vide order dated 27.03.2026, parties were directed to appear before the Illaqa Magistrate/Trial Court and report with regard to the genuineness of the compromise was called for. POONAM NEGI 2026.05
