The present appeal has been preferred by the claimants seeking enhancement of the compensation awarded vide award dated 02.04.2003 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Karnal, on account of the death of Bakshish Singh in a motor vehicular accident. BACKGROUND FACTS 2. The brief facts of the case are that on 29.10.2000 at about 10:30 a.m., deceased Bakshish Singh was proceeding towards his agricultural land on his bicycle from his dera.
