(ORAL) The instant revision petition, preferred under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assails the order dated 05.03.2026 (Annexure P-7) passed by the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Gurugram, dismissing the application filed by the petitioner under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, for dispensing with the service of the defendants. 2.
