Main Appeal In the present appeal, the challenge is to the impugned order dated 10.04.2026 passed in RA-CW-150-2026 and order dated 06.11.2025 passed in CWP-27934-2025 by the learned Single Judge. After arguing for some time, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that the present appeal may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to file objections before the Electricity Authority concerned.
