The short grouse raised on behalf of the petitioners/landowners is that the application under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 preferred at their instance has not been adjudicated upon by respondent No.2. [2]. Upon advance notice, Mr. Puru Jarewal, D.A.G., Punjab informs that the application preferred at the instance of the petitioners/landowners shall be decided within two months from today after affording opportunity of hearing to them by way of passing a speaking order thereupon. A copy thereof shall also be supplied to the petitioners/landowners within two weeks of passing of the order. [3]. In such circumstances, the present petition is disposed of. However, it is directed that in case the petitioners/landowners are found entitled for any enhancement of compensation on the basis of re-determination, the same be rel
