The petitioners have filed the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the orders dated 25.05.2023 (Annexures P-6 & P- 10); 21.08.2023 (Annexures P-7 & P-8); 15.11.2022 (Annexure P-9) and 01.12.2021 (Annexure P-5), whereby without taking into consideration the terms and conditions of the appointment letter dated 04.12.2012 (Annexure P-2), whereby the petitioners were appointed as Agriculture Development Officers P.A.S.-1 in the pay scale of Rs.15600-39100+5400 GP and further on the completion of 04 years service, they were granted the pay scale of Rs.15600-39100+6600 GP (reaching Matrix Level 21/Rs.78,100/-), which now stand reduced to lower pay scale of Rs.10300+34800+5000 GP (Matrix Level 16) in the grab of revising the pay scale of the petitioners.
