The present Letters Patent Appeal has been filed by the Appellant against the Judgment dated 28.08.2025 (“Impugned Judgment”) passed by the learned Single Judge in Review Petition No. 217/2024 (“Review Petition”) in W.P. (C) No. 8519/2011 (“Writ Petition”) titled as ‘Shail Shukla v. Delhi Development Authority’. 2.
