(Oral) The prayer in this second petition under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 (Section 438 Cr.P.C.) is for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner case FIR No.584 dated 27.12.2024 under Sections 419, 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 IPC (Sections 319(2), 318(4), 316(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 61(1) BNS) and Section 8 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, registered at Police Station Dabua, District Faridabad. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that now that the report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. (Section 193(2) BNSS) stands filed against the arrested accused, the petitioner be granted the concession of anticipatory bail. 3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Vide order dated 19.11.2025 (Annexure P-3), a Co-ordinate SUKHPREET KAUR Bench of this Court had dismissed the first anticipatory bail application of 20
