Referring to the same, she contends that considering the petitioner’s application, she has been granted CCL from 07.05.2026 to 31.03.2027 (329 days), subject to conditions of Rule 46 of the Haryana Civil Services (Leave) Rules, 2016 (for short, ‘the 2016 Rules’). 3.
