(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in case bearing FIR No.423 dated 11.09.2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 111(3), 111(4) and 3(5) of the BNS, 2023 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 (Sections 48 and 238(b) of the BNS added later on), at Police Station Bhiwani City, District Bhiwani. 2. The gravamen of the FIR in question is that two persons, namely Amit @ Golu and Param @ Monty, were apprehended by the police from the Tosham–Bhiwani Bypass. Upon conducting their personal search, the police recovered one pistol along with four live cartridges from the possession of accused Amit @ Golu, whereas one pistol along with one magazine was recovered from the possession of accused Param @ Monty.
