Petitioners herein seek quashing of FIR No. 0321/2025, dated 20.08.2025, registered at Police Station Mansarovar Park, for commission of offences under Sections 110/126(2)/351(2)/3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) 2023 (corresponding Sections 308/341/506/34 IPC), along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2.
