Present third petition has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.117 dated 24.06.2023 under Section 22 (b) of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Sadar Faridkot, District Faridkot. 2. Learned State counsel has produced the custody certificate of the petitioner in the Court today, which is taken on record. He has submitted that the petitioner was granted the concession of interim bail by this Court, to await the FSL report, vide its order dated 28.07.2024. However, the petitioner did not surrender before the trial Court and hence, his bail was cancelled vide order dated 16.08.2024 and thereafter, he was again arrested on 24.09.2025.
