1 ***** SURYA PARTAP SINGH, J. (Oral) This petition for pre-arrest bail is the second petition filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of ‘the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023’. It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of Complaint Case No.COMI/25 of 2017 dated 03.02.2017, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B, 34 and 506 of (corresponding to Sections 318, 336, 337, 338, 61, 3(5), 351 of ), which is pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Yamuna Nagar, hereinafter being referred to as ‘trial Court’ only. 2.
