Petitioner-Deenu @ Deeno, aged 20 years, has filed the present petition under Section 483 of BNSS (corresponding Section 439 Cr.P.C.) seeking regular bail in case FIR No.79 dated 25.05.2025, under Sections 21- C/61/85 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Ramdas, District Amritsar (Rural). 2. From the possession of petitioner, 290 grams of Heroin was recovered. The first bail petition (CRM-M-62933-2025) was disposed of by this Court, vide order dated 24.03.2026 (Annexure P-3), by observing that petitioner may file bail petition again if the material witnesses are not examined by the trial Court by May, 2026. 3. The petition is not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed. However, petitioner may file a fresh bail petition in the month of July, 2026. (SANJAY VASHISTH) JUDG
