New Majha Transport Cooperative Society and others .... Respondents Present:- Mr. Ashish Aggarwal, Advocate for the appellants. Mr. Aseem Aggarwal, Advocate for respondent-Insurance Co. ***** Both the parties have agreed for full and final settlement with the enhanced compensation at Rs.5,15,000/- (Rupees five lakhs and fifteen thousand only) over and above the amount awarded by the learned MACT, Amritsar. The enhanced amount is to be credited to the account of the claimant No.2 within a period of eight weeks from today. The claimant No.2 has undertaken to provide the bank details enabling the respondent-Insurance Company to credit the amount through RTGS within a week. In case the appellant/claimant No.2 fail to provide the bank details for the purpose of transfer of amount so enhanced here-in-above, the insurance company will be at liberty to issue demand draft against the said amount.
