This petition has been filed for quashing of FIR bearing No.123 dated 20.09.2024, registered under Section(s) 420, 465, 468 (Sections 467, 120-B added later on) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Phase-11, SAS Nagar (Mohali) alongwith all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that the parties have settled the dispute and petition for quashing of the FIR in question bearing CRM-M-48788-2025 titled as ‘Davinder Singh Sachdeva Vs. State of Punjab and another’ was filed before this Court which was decided vide order dated 15.10.2025 and the FIR alongwith all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom were quashed.
