After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the parties agreed that keeping in view the provisions of the Punjab State Election Commission Act, 1994, in case any nomination form has been rejected on the basis of some typographical error/clerical mistake, the same can be rectified by giving a due chance to the candidate concerned.
