The brief facts of the case are that the petitioner-Darshan Singh, Bagicha Singh (since granted the concession of regular bail vide order dated 10.09.2025 passed in CRM-M-38899-2025) and Rajinder Singh (since granted the concession of regular bail vide order dated 11.07.2025 passed in CRM-M-34982-2025) were arrested and the recovery of 531 grams of heroin came to be effected from them.
