The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to pay the petitioner minimum of salary i.e. Basic Pay+DA+Grade pay in regular scale and consequential arrears from the date the petitioner completed 10 years of service with the respondent-State as per order dated 16.05.2025 (Annexure P-3) passed by this Court and direction issued by respondent, vide letter dated 18.07.2025 (Annexure P-4). 2. After arguing the case for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars and by attaching the order of regularization. 3.
