(Oral) Prayer in the instant writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing respondents No.3 and 4 i.e. Municipal Corporation, Sonepat not to include the land comprised in Khasra No.75, 76 and 77, which was reserved for manure pits (Gadha Khad) as per the site plan (Annexure P-1) while carrying out the construction work of street main Firni to Bag Wali Gali, village Rai, District Sonepat and construction and repair work of main Firni and Nala in village Rai, District Sonepat. 2. Despite second call, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter any further. 3. In view of the above, present petition is dismissed for non- prosec
