The present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the official respondents No. 2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from the hands of respondents No.6 to 11 and to take action on his representation dated 21.04.2026 (Annexure P-4). 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has recently filed a representation on 21.04.2026 (Annexure P-4) before respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran raising his grievances as mentioned in the present petition but the same has not yet been considered and no AMIT SHARMA 2026.05.12 14:55 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.
