The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding Section 438 Cr.P.C.) seeking the concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in FIR No.20 dated 01.03.2025, registered under Sections 109, 333, 115(2), 324(4), 191(3) and 190 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding Sections 307, 452, 427, 148 and 149 IPC) and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station Makhu, District Ferozepur, Punjab.
