Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, for quashing of impugned order dated 29.04.2026 (Annexure P-2), passed by learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nakodar, in FIR No.96, dated 30.08.2022 (Annexure P-1), registered under Sections 381, 408 of IPC (later on added Sections 120-B, 506, 201 of IPC), Sections 306, 316(4) (later on added Sections 61, 351(2), 238 of BNS, 2023), lodged at Police Station City Nakodar, District Jalandhar Rural, vide which, petitioner has been declared proclaimed offender. 2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with correct and better particulars. 3.
