The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.210 dated 21.11.2025, under Sections 286, 125-A of BNS at Police Station Mullanpur, District SAS Nagar Mohali (Annexure P-1) along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 20.12.2025 (Annexure P-2). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is outcome of an unfortunate accident. It is submitted that the dispute between the parties has now been resolved and with the intervention of the respectables of the Society, the matter has indeed been compromised. He has referred to the compromise (Annexure P-2), in this regard and prays for quashing of the aforesaid FIR. 3. This Court vide order dated 02.02.2026 had dir
