The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 200 dated 12.11.2025 under Sections 420 and 120- B of IPC registered at Police Station Model Town, Ludhiana, District Ludhiana and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise. 2.
