Briefly stated, the facts of the present case are that on 28.04.2024, while the police party was on patrol duty, they noticed a woman coming from the side of Radha Swami Satsang site at about 2:30 A.M. She was carrying a light yellow plastic bag on her right shoulder. On noticing the police party, she threw the plastic bag on the road and attempted to turn back.
