Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 483 BNSS is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case Learned counsel contends that the petitioner has been in custody for 4 years and about 4 months. He alleges false implication. His name surfaced based on the disclosure statement of co-accused Geeta, with the allegations that he as well as Amit alias Chanchal was assigned the work for commission of offence, both of the afore-said co-accused have since been granted bail, vide orders Annexures P-2 and P-3, respectively, after being in custody of 8 months and 1 year and 7 months, and against Amit, there were 10 cases, while 11 against the petitioner, PARVEEN KUMAR 2026.05.20 16:58 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment. wherein he is on bail.
