The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging wilful disobedience/non-compliance of the directions contained in the order dated 13.04.2026, passed in W.P.(C) 3356/2026 (and connected matters). The operative directions therein reads as under: “25. Accordingly, the impugned decision letter rejecting the grant of approval of pharmacy courses to the petitioner institution is quashed and the respondent is directed to process application of the petitioner institutions without insisting on the requirement of the aforesaid two documents and in accordance with the timeline fixed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.” 2.
