Petitioner has filed this revision petition to challenge the impugned judgment and order dated 15.09.2025 passed by Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge, Exclusive Court (POCSO Act), Basti in Criminal Appeal No.12 of 2025, titled Nripendra Pandey Vs. State of U.P. and another, whereby the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 21.01.2025 passed by Judicial Magistrate-I, Court No.12, Basti in Complaint Case No.1052 of 2015, convicting the petitioner under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, has been upheld. The sentence of six months simple imprisonment alongwith compensation of Rs.7,25,000/- imposed upon the accused-petitioner by the trial court has also been affirmed.
