The present criminal revision has been filed with a prayer to quash the order dated 14.10.2025 passed by learned Juvenile Justice Board, Azamgarh in Case Crime No. 137 of 2025, under Section 103(1) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (B.N.S.), 2023, Police Station Tarawa, District Azamgarh as well as judgement and order dated 11.12.2025 passed by learned Special Judge (POCSO Act), Azamgarh whereby Criminal Appeal No. 130 of 2025 filed against the aforesaid order dated 14.10.2025 has been dismissed. It is further prayed that the revisionist be released on bail in aforesaid Case Crime No. 137 of 2025, under Section 103(1) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (B.N.S.), 2023,
