This criminal revision has been preferred by the revisionist against an ex parte judgement and order dated 20.12.2022 passed by the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No.2, Kanpur Nagar in Case No. 105 of 2019 (Smt. Sonam Bebi Vs. Ravi Kumar), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Raipurwa, District Kanpur Nagar whereby the Court concerned has allowed the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. (Corresponding Section 144 B.N.S.S.) and directed the revisionist to pay Rs. 3,000/- per month from the date of application and Rs. 4,000/- per month from the date of order to the opposite party no.2. Further prayer has been made to set-aside the order dated 2.9.2025 passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No.2, Kanpur Nagar in Criminal Misc. Case No. 215 of 2023 (Smt. Sonam Bebi Vs.
