Revisionist Ram Chand has approached this Court by means of present Criminal Revision assailing the validity of the impugned order dated 22.01.2026 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandauli (hereinafter referred to as “the jurisdictional Magistrate”) in Vehicle Release Application No.50 of 2026, State v. Amarjeet Yadav and others, whereby the Jurisdictional Magistrate rejected the release application of the revisionist-applicant. 3.
