Vs. Aasif, arising out of Case Crime No.339 of 2023, under Sections 363 and 376 I.P.C. and 3/4 POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Ramala, district Baghpat, whereby the application filed by the prosecution under Section 319 Cr.P.C. has been allowed and the petitioners have been summoned as an additional accused.
