Revisionist Yashmeen has approached this Court by means of present Criminal Revision challenging the validity of impugned order dated 02.12.2025 passed by Special Judge (POCSO Act), Azamgarh (hereinafter referred to as trial court) in Misc. Case No. 1563 of 2025 (Yashmeen Vs. Shahid and others), under section 173(4) read with 175(3) of BNSS, Police Station Nizamabad, District Azamgarh wherein the trial court rejected the application u/s 173(4) read with section 175(3) of BNSS filed by the revisionist. 3.
