Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that he has preferred the instant criminal revision along with the delay condonation application as there is delay of 1889 days and with the relief which has been mentioned in the prayer clause of the revision. 2. The relief which has been mentioned in the revision is delineated below:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be please to allow the present criminal revision and set aside the impugned ex-party judgment and order dated 05.12.2020 passed by the learned Additional Principal Judge (Family Court no.1), Azamgarh in maintenance Case No.1006 of 2018 (CNR No. UPAZ020028292018) (Arti Devi and another Versus Prahlad) under section 125 Cr.P.C., P.S. Sidhari, District Azamgarh. It is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to stay the effect and operation of the impugned ex-party judg
