Petitioner- Devraj @ Devu has approached this Court by means of present Criminal Misc. Writ Petition challenging the impugned FIR dated 06.04.2026 lodged by first informant/respondent 4- Govind Singh (father of prosecutrix) and registered as Case Crime No. 0072 of 2026, under Sections 87, 61(2) BNS, Police Station- Maant, District Mathura. 4. Present writ petition came up for admission on 22.04.2026 and this Court passed the following order :- "1.
