The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer to quash the impugned first information report dated 22.03.2026 giving rise to Case Crime No. 0028 of 2026, under Sections 316(5), 351(3) of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Bhawaniganj, District Siddharth Nagar. 3.
