Petitioner- Amit Kumar has approached this Court by means of present Criminal Misc. Writ Petition challenging the impugned first informantion report dated 09.10.2025 lodged by first informant/respondent-4, Jagdeesh Prasad and registered as Case Crime No. 0648 of 2025 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B I.P.C., Police Station Sadar Bazar, Nagar (Commissionerate Agra), District Agra. 5. Learned counsel for
