Perused the record. 3. Petitioner-Vijay Karan Yadav has approached this Court by means of present Criminal Misc. Writ Petition challenging the FIR dated 18.03.2026 lodged by first informant-respondent-3, Sushila Devi and registered as Case Crime No. 48 of 2026, under Sections 74, 352, 351(2) BNS, Police Station-Charwa, District- Kaushambi. 4.
