Writ Petition challenging the impugned FIR dated 12.03.2026 lodged by first informant/respondent 3 (Kushalpal) and registered as Case Crime No. 0096 of 2026, under Sections 318(4), 317(2) BNS, Police Station- Mawana, District Meerut. 4.
