Perused the record. 3. At the very outset, the learned counsel for petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, the description of concerned case pending before respondent-2 has not been correctly transcribed in the prayer clause of present writ petition. It is thus, urged by the learned counsel for petitioner that he be permitted to amend the prayer clause of the writ petition as well as the stay application, during course of the day. 4. Prayer made by the learned counsel for petitioner is bona fide. 5. Same is not opposed by the learned AGA representing State- respondents 1 & 2. 6. Accordingly, it is allowed. 7.
