Control of Goondas Act in Case No.2445 of 2025 (Computer Case No.C202511000002445) and order dated 11.09.2025 passed by the respondent no.3 in Case No.81 of 2025, State versus Sumit Sharma, under section 3 of Gunda Control Act Police Station - Indirapuram, District-Ghaziabad." 3. Heard learned A.G.A. and perused the record. 4. It is evident from the record that merely on the basis of two cases, that is Case Crime No. 736 of 2018, under Sections 147, 332, 353, 504, 506, 427 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali, District Ghaziabad and Case Crime No.47 of 2024, under Sections 302, 201, 120-B I.P.C. and 3/25/27 Arm
