This writ petition is directed against the First Information Report ('FIR' for short) dated 27.12.2025, giving rise to Case Crime No. 668 of 2025, under Sections 137(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 ('BNS' for short), Police Station Ali Nagar, District Chandauli. During hearing today, the prosecutrix has been produced in Court by the Sub-Inspector Bal Yogeshwar Gond and Lady Constable Soni Gaud (PNO 212764367), posted at Police Station Ramnagar, District Varanasi. The petitioner is present, as also respondent no. 3, the prosecutrix's father, the first informant. It is asserted in paragraph no. 8 that the petitioner and informant's daughter have married each other on 04.02.2026. A photostat copy of the wedding card dated 04.02.2026 is also annexed.
