In compliance with our order dated 5th May, 2026, we are in receipt of the memorandum dated 6th May, 2026 from the Chief Medical Officer, Prayagraj, along with a sealed cover. It is directed that the cover be opened by the Bench Secretary. The Bench Secretary has opened the sealed cover and laid the contents before us. Perusal of the contents shows that it is a report of the Medical Board signed by three doctors. The Medical Board has evaluated the prosecutrix for her age based on the ossification test under the supervision of the radiologist member of the Board. There is also a dental evaluation. On the basis of the ossification test, the prosecutrix has been opined to be about 19 years old. She is, therefore, clearly a major.
