This writ petition is directed against the First Information Report ('FIR' for short) dated 02.02.2026, giving rise to Case Crime No. 24 of 2026, under Section 87 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Ahraula, District Azamgarh. 3. The case of the petitioners is that the first petitioner is a major aged about 26 years old, whereas the second petitioner is 22 years. A photostat copy of the first petitioner's Highschool certificate is there at page no. 25 of the paper-book, where her date of birth shown is 07.08.1999.
